When I work for you, you get "hands-on" from me. No extensive Power Point presentations - only where necessary. I can use the time saved more effectively for you.
The services described below are not to be understood as a distinction from one another.
Sparring, interim management and specific projects can even merge into one another depending on the assignment or the scope of the commitment. As a "temporary manager" I then even take on responsibility for implementing decisions that are made after intensive sparring or a project.
Sparring
The more dynamically the market environment changes, the more important it is to make your own decisions. My motto is: "Success is what counts!"
Making decisions - I mean the right ones - is less a question of courage or luck. It requires more sufficient information, clearly formulated goals (or a strategy) and the necessary "decision-making culture" in the company.
This is often the reason why no decisions are made - or only very slowly. The flood of information prevents us from seeing what is important, as do unclear goals.
Of course, there are also situations in which the entrepreneur cannot approach anyone in his or her environment in order to discuss important issues confidentially and at eye level.
Sparring is therefore a very effective form of consultation to identify the important elements as a basis for decision-making.
I will certainly question all relevant topics, challenge goals or the strategy and hold up a mirror to management. You will be amazed at which topics have not yet been considered or have not been considered from all angles.
Sparring uses both methods from classic coaching and analysis methods from consulting.
Sparring can be carried out openly within the company, with the participation of individual managers, or confidentially at a location outside the company - depending on the task at hand.

Interim-Management
During my professional life so far, with more than 20 years of experience as a managing director, I have experienced almost every situation a company can encounter.
I therefore have everything I need to take on management tasks in your company quickly and purposefully.
In principle, all tasks where management bottlenecks need to be bridged are considered.
Or after a joint project, you may want additional capacity to support your management.
I am available as an interim manager for the following tasks:
- Temporary management until the position is filled. After a training period, I will hand over the reins

The "best product" is by no means a guarantee of market success.
And to avoid having to go through a number of loops, it has proven to be a good idea to find a business coach or mentor for the project right from the start. Based on their own experience, they are able to provide important input and can often enable faster access to the market.
The right coach or mentor is regularly available to answer any questions about the business. He does not run the company, but is more of an advisory board to help with important issues.

OTT projects are over-the-top projects.
Here, projects are managed at the limits of what is feasible.

As a sparring partner who has managed many projects of this kind, I can confirm from experience that an external view of what is feasible is very important and helpful!
You can also call it a "feasibility study" or "situation assessment", in any case it sharpens the focus on the essentials of the business...
The project runs in 4 stages:
- Analysis of the situation on site in personal audit discussions including interview with management to determine objectives.
- Evaluation and presentation of the status quo including graphical representation (if possible)

Successful companies follow a corporate strategy and have also anchored the topic of digitalization in it.

For this reason, as a sparring partner, I offer an independent outside perspective and can demonstrate approaches to digitalization with you in an exploratory discussion.
You read that correctly, I will not acquire any long-term, all-encompassing digitization projects, but will instead seek digital entry via "quick-win" approaches - very pragmatically. I am working with an AI company that handles the necessary software issues, I can provide practical support and, for example, monitor the efficiency of the solution.
As an entrepreneur and practitioner who has set up many projects of this kind for my own and other companies, I can only recommend tackling the issue quickly and simply doing it!
